Mamma Yoga: a class for expecting mothers where they can learn to celebrate motherhood and face the expected and unexpected without fear. Where you not only train and tone your body and mind for birth but also pass on the goodness of breath and positive energy to your baby.You learn to trust your body and breathe your baby out into the world instead of pushing it out.

Starting April 2017

Mamma baby yoga: aims at helping new mothers to understand the change, connect with their baby, regain strength and tone their body over time. Also a place where mothers find solace in sharing with other mothers.
